If you plan on purchasing Remote Coaching Subscription, you don't need to schedule an appointment. Simple email or text videos from down-the line and face-on and Julie will respond within 24 hours.
After registration, you will be logged in and taken to the "Schedule Now" panel.
If you want to buy and schedule a lesson, this is where you begin. After selecting the type of lesson, you will automatically be taken to the next panel. Note: If no time slots are available, contact Julie directly to set up a lesson appointment.
After choosing your lesson type, you will automatically be taken to the "Calendar Panel." Available days and time slots appear in color. Note: If you are unable to find any time slots available, please contact Julie directly to set up an appointment.
Lesson times vary from location, and from seasonal periods.
If you need to stop or cancel the current appointment process, click the Red X located to the top and right of the "Time" panel. Once you select a day and time, the process will continue automatically.
Before submission, you will be taken to the "Confirm Appointment" panel. After reviewing your appointment details, clicking the "Confirm Appointment" button will submit your request.
You can also schedule additional appointments at this time, prior to clicking the "Confirm Appointment" button.
All requests are approved automatically. In the event circumstances require rescheduling, you will be contacted and appropriate arrangements will be made.
If you need to stop or cancel the current appointment process, click the Red X located to the top and right of the "Time-Date" panel. Once you click the "Confirm Appointment" button, the process will continue to the payment panel.
The final step is the payment process. Payment in full is expected at the time of your appointment. Cash, check or Venmo (@Julie-Pyne) are prefered when you arrive at your lesson, but if you want to pay by credit card, payments are processed online via PayPal®.
To review appointments, purchases, invoices, update your profile, or cancel an appointment, click on the "User Account" button to access these functions.
Once payment is processed, your account will reflect a credit balance for the type and amount of lessons purchased. There are no package rates available at this time.
Paying with a Package Credit Balance
After purchasing a Lesson Package, your account is credited accordingly. You can now schedule appointments, as outlined on the "Scheduling" tab.
When you get to the final step for payment, you can select to use any available balance on your account. When the payment process is completed, your balance is adjusted accordingly, and you appointment marked "Paid".
You can also use a combination of any available credit balance and online credit payment, if the amount due is greater than your current balance.
User Account Options
As a registered user, the "User Account" button gives you access to scheduled appointments, invoices, credit balance, and your profile. The "User Account" button will show the first and last name provided when you registered. The words, user account, are show here for illustrative purposes.
The "Appointments Panel" shows all your scheduled appointments and the status of each. If for any reason payment is due it will be indicated here, and you can also begin the payment process. You can also download the data for use in other software.
The "Invoices Panel" shows all the invoices for your account, and the status of each. By selecting an invoice you see the specific details related to it. If for any reason payment is due it will be indicated here, and you can also begin the payment process.
The "Profile Panel" allows you to keep your email and phone up-to-date. You can also change any other information present.
